  1. Sure, just get an individual image of each sprite and put them in a .zip file or something and upload it to mediafire and pm the link.
  2. They can be put in the game, just takes quite a bit of time importing like 30 sprites for walking, biking and surfing each.
  3. Gonna change this thread to a wallpaper showcase.
  4. Actually, you might wanna get some thing called Overworld Sprite Editor to change the actual character. NSE only changes the battle sprite of a trainer.
  5. Yeah, sure. It's pretty easy to use though and I think you'll get it pretty quickly.
  6. That was pretty much my tactic until now with the rarer ones. The others take 0-1 rocks and then you can catch them.
  7. Wow. Strongest password I have is for the computers at school. It's 15 characters and it's a bunch of random symbols (they actually let them).
  8. This is amazing, considering how long and unusual my password, it will make logging in much quicker.
  9. Gravatar is actually really useful, I can change my avatar on numerous forums at the same time.
  10. Cianwood is looking pretty good but no cave entrance?
  11. There's a program called NSE Nameless Sprite Editor. You just load up a clean fire red rom and you'll get about 200 or so images. The first few are character sprites. From there you just import the correct sprites and save it, then create a Lunar IPS patch, which is pretty easy just google it. And there you have it. Or you could send me each sprite as an individual image and I could get to work on it.
  12. Yeah, I'm having a little trouble. I've got the sprite worked out but I unlz.gba won't let me patch it in because of size difference, I'm not really sure how to go about fixing that, so until I do. Project postponed.
  13. I'm kind of confused. Are you making sprites that can be patched into the game or just for show on the forums? Because if you're making them for the game, that would be pretty awesome.
  14. Welcome, my young padawan. You have much to learn about the ways of the force.
  15. There are thousands of sprites in the rom. Each pokemon has like 6 or so sprites, the tile sprites, the overworld sprites, there are so many that a folder full of .png images would be a waste of space and time since it's actually quite easy to edit the rom itself. Also, providing these huge 'texture' folders would be illegal since I doubt that the devs have a license from Nintendo to distribute the sprites for commercial use, but using roms. Each user has his or her own rom not supplied by the devs, therefore leaving the devs at no risk of a lawsuit (still some risk) and that's why Santa Clause got killed by Liam Neeson for kidnapping his Umbreon.
  16. If I find some sort of rom hacking tool that let's me change battle sprites, I could have a crack at it. Creating IPS patches isn't very hard so I will look around and see what I can.
  17. Most of the well know ones on some forums do it for cash but if it's their first time doing gfx on that particular forum, then they usually don't but still, some people do.
  18. I assume you haven't been around the 'Art' section of many forums before.
  19. wuts so funy i mad dis walpaper in photoshp cs5 nd it took 2 nd half hrs im bein srs bro itz a relly kool walpaper plxxzxzx use it
  20. You know what? Stuff Goldenrod. It's so annoying. I'll probably just stick to grinding and EV training. Got a long way to go and I better finish before tournaments come around. Anyway, good luck and I hope they actually implement this.
  21. I managed to get started on Goldenrod but it was getting late so I stopped. Will continue today.
  22. Just one thing that I'm horrible at. Guessing the size of the map. any ideas?
  23. Stupid lab, couldn't get it to look right. Just watch me get Goldenrod perfectly.
