Well exeggutor is left with only a few options. It can either run sleep powder, explosion, or hp rock in the last spot. If I can sleep powder a porygon before it ice beams me, great for me. Also I wasn't aware of people that didn't run sludge bomb on vileplume. Sludge bomb is great for status vs flareon/hypno/cacturne/breloom/exeggutor/vileplume.

Those are the "best" special walls in the tier and are very susceptible to being pursuit trapped. Exeggutor ohkos pretty much everything that isn't a special wall though. Quagsire, swellow, manectric, kingler, crawdaunt, granbull, steelix, vileplume, hitmonlee, tentacruel, lanturn, zangoose, donphan, gligar, jynx, kabutops, and countless other UU pokemon are all pretty much ohko'ed by exeggutor (or 85% damage at least)

Sharpedo is pretty meh. Has trouble switching in on most of the tier and very prediction reliant if choice banded (which it should be). Xatu is a great UU pokemon, just need to watch out for houndoom and sneasel. Steelix is fine just so you have another answer to bulky psychics/ghosts/normals. I feel like clefable is outclassed by chansey for the most part. Although clefable gets encore/a usable sp atk, chansey has much better bulk and a much better ability. Haven't really been convinced with altaria so far in the UU meta, not sure on the set you were thinking, but dragon dance set is pretty meh and you already have a cleric (chansey/clefable). I would say quagsire or vileplume should go in your last spot, otherwise physical waters will be a huge problem for your team. So basically Sharpedo -> Hitmonlee Xatu -> Xatu Clefable -> Chansey or keep clefable Steelix -> Steelix Altaria -> Altaria (on second though, altaria gives your team another fighting resist and ground immunity, might be helpful) or claydol is another option Undecided -> Vileplume

I don't know what you mean by scizor not being able to counter exeggutor. Scizor was one of the only things that resisted grass and psychic, had decent bulk, and could boost with swords dance to hit exeggutor with steel wing or aerial ace or thief. Running signal beam on psychic types would purely be for exeggutor now, since umbreon was banned, as well.

Hitmonlee is a lot more viable now that slowking isn't there to stop it, although its already S rank. Vileplume and exeggutor are more viable because now their stabs are pretty much unresisted in the UU tier. Porygon is also slightly more viable, as before scizor could come in on tbolt/ice beam/return/toxic from porygon, and only had to worry about hp fire, which was fairly rare.

Well I think its pretty obvious scizor needs to go now that slowking, its only possible counter is now banned. Gimmick hp fires on pokemon can 2hko scizor but its not really realistic.
