Well the argument can be made that no one should "need" 75 seconds to make a move. Most moves can be made in about 15 seconds if you're not being coached. That being said, I don't think the rule is that fair when there is no visible countdown timer.

well depends on the situation, if it comes in on a resisted attack (ie cb rock slide from hera), cb aerial ace, and then cb pursuit aero comes in and kos dugtrio. Although if the dugtrio user is careful, yeah it can trap 1-3 pokemon probably, but probably not a sub reversal one

Might be worth mentioning leftovers numbers. Like leftovers heals 1/16 of your max hp, but rounding down always. So if your hp is divisible by 16, its more efficient, and then put the other hp evs into def/sp def. And if you want, you could include information about how evs/nature have an effect on a pokemon with a very high base stat like cloyster's defense or snorlax's hp

well jonaz ran it in the uu clash in july and vs me in some pokedaily as well. Anyways even though wynaut is pretty much as uncompetitive as it gets, I don't know if its really "ban-worthy" by any standards. Like wynaut can only really trap and kill one pokemon, and that's basically how it is for dugtrio as well. Losing one pokemon to a wynaut isn't always game changing, although I wouldn't mind wynaut getting banned either. [spoiler]why you have to be so rude :( [/spoiler]

I kind of doubt this would happen. Even though it would be nice since staff have these things called "lives" apparently, I don't think they want to give a non-staff member the responsibility of reffing matches.

well Marowak was UU and was banned to BL so I don't know if that was the best example. I would only count exeggutor and vileplume as counters because quagsire can only 3hko or 4hko kingler with earthquake, depending on if kingler has leftovers or not. Slowking does not ohko kingler either and is 2hko'ed by kingler's +2 return.

jolly marowak, although marowak usage isn't exactly that high. 107 also lets it outspeed some arcanines/metagross/gardevoir/swampert

rest knock off toxic encore is the best utility set imo, can drop encore for sleep talk if you don't want to be sitting there for 2 turns not doing anything, although encore is very useful vs stuff that sets up or has substitute
