Yeah no good steel types to really stop the normal types in the tier. Steelix is 2hko'ed by earthquake which is problematic and no cloyster/forretress to take physical attacks either. Basically rely on predictions with ghost types and hope the tauros user doesn't have an absol which is a quick death for those ghost types. Too bad tauros won't get banned until after the first UU tournament at least

Well about the starmie situation, even though starmie kind of beats gengar if it has psychic, starmie rarely runs enough speed to outpace gengars now and gengar has a useful stab shadow ball to ohko starmies. Also starmie was crippled a lot more by pursuit than gengar, just because gengar can will o wisp and pain split off damage. Anyways I don't really see a spikes ban happening ever because the move isn't uncompetitive and skarmory/cloyster/forretress aren't OP either

the "viability" of breloom in OU doesn't really relate to whether or not it is OP in UU.

Yeah pokemon that resist fire and aren't weak to electric or ground are the best counters to charizard, although miltank doesn't really have much offense vs charizard, besides running rock slide which doesn't seem that viable when miltank has all these other moves

Even though I agree with donator status being absolute poo right now, I don't think teleports are really what the devs want to do with the game because it doesn't really feel quite "right", hence why they got rid of the instant unstuck command as well.

does amnesia brace halve the speed as of now? and if not, would it if it was combined with a macho brace
