Squatted for the first time since my ankle injury. Felt so damn good. Also at Deejayejaye, it sounds like your having fun with your workouts which is all that we can ask for. That right there is the thing that's going to keep us at it. The diet part for me is my worst enemy, so I'm very impressed with the work you've put in. Stick to it and check in here every now and then!

Additional thoughts: The biggest challenge for Charizard is its ability to switch in. It has almost no bulk and is has a horrid number of weaknesses too. As a revenge killer it is pretty nasty, but it also lacks the punching power to get many OHKO's. It relies on Fire Punch as it's primary physical STAB, which isn't all that good. Anyhoos, I'll let you get at it.

Abilities: Blaze My thoughts: When the Underused tier was established I made a play to ban a certain few pokes pre-emptively. One of those pokemon happened to be Charizard, who I believed to be just too strong for the tier. Looking back and seeing how the tier has developed I don't see it being as over-powering as I first thought it was. With the plethora of priority users we have, Belly Drum shouldn't be as dominant as it could be. The SunnyBeam set is pretty powerful, but with pokemon like Golduck and Flareon, I believe it can be handled well. Charizard is also pretty squishy and doesn't like switching into a STAB Sludge Bomb from Vileplume or a Psychic from Exeggutor. It will be one hell of a scary revenge killer for the likes of Steelix and any Grass-type, but what's the problem with another Wall Breaker? Speaking of Wall Breakers, this guy also punishes Scizor as it resists both of Scizor's most common attacks (Superpower and Steel Wing). In an offensive meta, it might be best to beat offense with offense. So without further ado, how about some good old discussion on this matter? I'd like to hear your thoughts about this. If we could improve the tier and allow for more variety by introducing another pokemon then I'm all for it. Thanks guys. Oh My God Yes. With Lax still banned and this being the tail end of that suspect period there should be some seriously amazing teams put together. The winner will surely have some bragging rights to go along with that insane prize. If not myself, then I'm predicting Bowser to win... I'm feeling the fulfillment of his ORAS UU Team with that Shiny Bug.

I'm cracking. After my lab final today I'm watching the GoT episodes that got leaked. Justification is the fact that this upcoming month includes 8 finals spread throughout and I can't really dedicate an hour every night before at least one exam on a Sunday. =)

They gonna shrink up on you! Was sitting in my Med-Biochem class this year and actually learned the mechanism behind all of this and was like whoah. It's a negative feedback loop, the more testosterone your body has the less it's going to produce, so loading your body with the exogenous Testosterone only proves to inhibit your endogenous production. Scary stuff. No wonder it leads to cancer lol.

Probably the biggest new threat we are attempting to introduce to the UU tier. Reversal, Mixed sets, Coverage moves, priority, and Superpower make this baby an even better Hitmonlee (Think Swords Dance Hitmonlee). No reason to think about this one, please ban it.

Orange touched on this above quite well. The only reliable thing we have to stop this baby is Claydol and priority. It has an insane Attack stat and is able to carry those ever dangerous coverage moves, the punches. Fortunately it doesn't have a STAB physical Psychic attack, but it's access to reversal is pretty scary. The least scary threat of the new big three, but still one that should be considered for a ban. EDIT: lf Ghosts to slow it down

Yagami put in a lot of work for the above calcs, but I just want to stop and state that Sceptile on paper appears as though it would simply be too much for the UU tier. That insane speed, ability to set-up Swords Dance, priority, STAB Grass with powerful coverage moves, and the ever destructive SUBSeed provides an unrivaled amount of versatility that could simply be too much for the limited pokes we have in UU to handle. Late-game sweeps eminent as our fire types are just not good enough to stop it, and even then it carries EQ. Lf Xatu to slow it down.

Zangoose is top tier and can guarantee at least one kill with the flail set if you can set up. Unfortunately people are starting to expand what they breed and things like Armaldo, Golem, and Omastar really poop on it. Kabutops is solid too as previously stated. Lf ghosts to help even more.

Gym buddies can be a God send and an obstacle, sometimes at the same time. Last year before I moved away for more school me and a couple bros got into the lift game hard. We motivated each other and made similar progress. During breaks I go back just to lift with my boys and ridicule them on their weeny legs.
