I know the problem now. I think your CHERRIM has the ability CHLOROPHYLL instead FLOWER GIFT.

Through ability drought and sunny day move. As long as this conditions activated she/he can transform.

Ok. But what about Karrablast and Shelmet they can't evolve either. I know in some Pokémon games the only way to evolve them is have both in party and I tried that method but it doesn't work.

For some reason my TYRUNT can't evolve. I tried using evolution stones and other evolution items I even tried leveling her in cave like nosepass and nothing happen either. Did she need happiness/love or an exact time perhaps? There's no evolution txt in the 1.4 files. So, I don't know what to do.

There's something in the files named Optional Ash Patch (Do not use in Leaf Saves). What is it for?

Alolan Vulpix appeared in icefall cave 2fb and 3fb where articuno is. If you want a alolan Vulpix right a the very start use this ( 000014D1 000A 1003DAE6 0007 83007CEE 033B ) it works on GBA. Ps. I'm not recommending using cheat/hacks in a game. It's just sometimes people want to use their desired Pokémon right at the beginning specially if that Pokémon can only appeared in the middle or last part of the game.

It's solve thank you, I finish the game many times so I just go run through grass, surf or fishing to see if there's something new and defeat gym leaders and do story without talking to stranger whenever new updates.
