Sinnoh has many pokemon I like and the cities look really nice! Unova is also nice as the cities have a lot of stuff such as the ferris wheel in Nimbasa and the ice cream shop in Castelia.

Nature increases one stat by 10% and decreases another by 10%. There's also some natures that decrease and increase the same stat cancelling each other out making the nature do nothing. You can hover over the nature in your pokemon's summary screen to see which stats it increases and decreases.
