Do a Background Check First...is this Guy known? Why is He/she/it so freakin cheap? Did He train Mons for ,,high ballers" so they can verify His legitimacy...
If all These questions answer with a No,idk man or whatever...you need to Test this Guy.

That's the Thing about pve... I feel like they don't want to give us (at this Stage of the Game These suuuper powerfull Legis)
It will be Like zapdos...u can trow him in any Team and have auto-impact bc He such a staple...tbh...He better then zapdos xD
So yeah ,you could Nerf the Shiii Out of him for PvP but i dont know how you wanna Nerf him in pve...thats the Thing ^^
