Well, shiny rate is a mystery then.

Can't we even agree that shiny rate is random and we complain because RNG mindscrew us. We can't do anything about RNG rather than praying for it. You expect to get a shiny in 100k encounters, yet no shiny after that. It's cause RNG has noped your hope.

I'm sure that's where Groudon is. When weather becomes sunny, there will be a cave which leads to Groudon. The mystery is that how it's there even though groudon and kygore are unavailable.

Yes, but what he meant is that Feebas is not available in the wild atm. Feebas will be added when Milotic and Beauty stuff's implemented.

About legendary birds, yes, they are unavailable but they might be in the future, if they implement dungeons, which will take a while. The only available legendaries are Mewtwo and Rayquaza, but you can only keep them for a short period of time, not permanently. Squirtle do appear on surfing but i'm not sure if it's possible to encounter them through fishing. Remember that squirtle appears only during day time, this also applies to all other starters as well. You'll have to keep trying, they are pretty rare and are around 40 level if i remember correctly.

If I remember correctly, it's possible to get their legendary datas since you can fight them in Trainer Tower only if you are on a high streak.

If someone caught mewtwo, the message will show up. ''Ford has captured Mewtwo in Cerulean Cave blah blah'' The message will also show up if someone with mewtwo lost a battle and the winner got mewtwo.
