      Usually the banning is between the person in question and the moderator that decided to ban him/her in the first place. However, if he feels that his ban is not justified, he can always go to the Ban Appeal section and get his ban appealed (overthrown), another wards, the Senior GMs see if a player can have they have no need to be banned or not.
