ability to co-op battle trainer&gym fights&wild pokemon with the friend in your party through the whole game.

Literally only making a forum account to say, +1, this would be amazing. It's not really fully multiplayer without it. It's why i won't get the new pokemon games, yeah you can play while seeing your friends, but it's not really multiplayer-coop unless you can fight with them and not against them.
