Okay, so now that the mass posts of registration are over can someone clarify this for me. When I registered it was 8:20 pm. Registration time on the thread says 8:00pm for my timezone. I was told i was too early, the registration started at 9:00pm. Does this mean the actual event is actually from 9:00-10:00 my time then? As its listed as 8:00-9:00

The PTS server is offline atm, anyone know where the devs are in the world? My guess is europe somewhere due to the .eu web address. seems a little late in the day for it to be down still XD has anyone actualy managed to get on at all today?
