should i use quick feet or volt absorb jolteon on a rain team?

its impish it should be 252 hp and defense if ur making it a defensive wall

but tyranitar was my only counter to other volcaronas and other special attackers so shouldnt i kick someone else maybe i could replace gliscor for the skarm and if i must gyarados for a special attacker if u think so?
