Hey. Great news! Thanks to @shamorunner's amazing work, Reuniclus sprites have been animated. We'll add them as soon as possible to the mod.

I've just checked and I can confirm you that the mod that you are looking for is available (gen 2 style sprites only for normal sprites of all generations) Once you've downloaded the .zip file, go to "private sets", then open the "all mons" folder. Inside you'll find 3 mods, the one you are looking for is "Gen2-all-no-shinies". I have to point out that that version isn't updated and many animations are missing. We'll make sure to update every mod with every animated sprite we currently have asap. Let us know if you have any feedback. Enjoy our mod!

Neo is what we use to refer to the mod that contains all the custom sprites for gen 1-5 with the gen 2 art style. Gen 2 is referred to only the first 2 generations. This image might give you a better idea.

Our project aims to create a gen 2 style animation for every pokemon. We ultimetely wish to make back sprites too but with so much work yet to do they are currently left out. We are aware tho that the back sprites are awkward to look at, and for this reason, with the suggestion of a player, we have created a mod where the back sprites are the front sprites but mirrored. Once you download the .zip folder you'll be able to find multiple mods to choose from in it. The one you might be interested in is "gen 2-classic-front"

Color swapping the existing 8-bit sprites is pretty easy to do but, with all the sprites we still have to do, it will probably be an idea for the future. Thank you for the input tho
