Hasnt Espy been pretty high-ish in usage ever since the implementation of Specs/Scarf? I've seen absolutely loads of them in matchmaking. But yeah I'm with you they brought it back so soon - it's gonna be messy as shit, and the statistics arent gonna be accurate enough to make the tier as stable as they probably want it to be.
