Hello! Today, I would like to propose an improvement that could greatly enhance the community aspect of the game, concerning the Team system. The Teams in the game are currently very underdeveloped, which significantly hampers community building due to its lack of features. Many changes could bring a real revival to this system, including a revision of the limitation on the maximum number of members. 150 members is very restrictive when compared to many other MMORPGs, where guilds generally have the ability to invite up to 250 members. Unfortunately, this restriction often forces team leaders to create "secondary teams" to add new members to their communities. However, this leads to a separation of team channels in the game, greatly hindering the formation of cohesive and large communities. I propose this idea as a Team Leader currently affected by this restriction and as a player in the French community, which is not the largest community in terms of native language speakers. Therefore, I dare to imagine that this issue certainly affects teams in more active communities than the French one. This issue is raised quite regularly in the French GLOBAL channel. I would also like to hear the opinions of other communities in the game to see if you also find this member restriction and lack of features in the Team system problematic, or if it is also hindering for you in communities composed of many more active players than the French ones. This post aims to gather your opinions, whether they are favorable or not, in order to provide ideas to the game's staff for potential improvements to the team system.
