    I have noticed that you can dump the overworld NPC sprites in order to change the overworld NPC sprites in your own mod. However, whenever I make changes to an NPC sprite, nothing changes in-game. Is this a bug or has the ability to mod overworld NPC sprites been removed? And yes, I did put the files in the correct folders (sprites/overworldsprites/(region number)/).
