  1. When exactly is the tough march? I've been busy this days and couldn't catch up with the forums.

Our time difference is so wide though, I hope I'm not sleeping at that hour.

In other news, look at this baby's nickname!

    prizeb.jpg

It's for third place in Overheat tourney friday half. Didn't make for the finals on Sunday, but at least won a juicy Blizzard TM and a puppy.

As usual, the last guy beat me pretty easy, but I gave some fight this time lol.

  2. No forum provider has the option that the OP suggests, as far as I know.

    ^

Any good forum has the capability of giving posters permission to delete their own posts.

It can be as "nifty" as you want, Gaara, but that doesn't mean shit when you cant do anything with it.

"the option that the OP suggests" = Blocking own threads. Not deleting.

Sure deleting is possible, but if they didn't make it available must be for some reason (it's ON by default). Anyways, delete only works if no one posted after you, wich only makes it usefull against accidental double posts or threads, wich are not an important problem.

  3. Good job everyone, I'm enjoying torunaments with some team company. =)

When I got to Relentless I just gave a f*** about the matches and had fun with the moment. Proud to be in Team Mystery!

Next time we'll get Killjoy a free pass too. We are all VIP and shouldn't be wasting time in first round. (lol)

  4. I repeat my statments with other words.

If IP.Board is like other forum providers, then locking threads of your own just can't be done. Why?, because that permission goes embbed to an entire section of the forum, not own threads only. There's is a very small chance (just error margin, but I do believe there's no chance at all) that IP.Board allows to set this permission.

Besides that, closing threads is ALWAYS a job for a moderator, and if everyone feels like common users should be able to do it aswell, then the correct solution is add more forum moderators.

  5. Im at work now pokeuser, I'll add later. :)

Also, guys, if you like to participate in torunaments or just have a team of lvl50 pokes and don't know what to do, check this: http://forums.pokemm...t-signups-open/

It seems to be a very promising tournament, and huge aswell. My expectations are winning more than just one match, as in the 2 tourneys I went so far. =P

    EDIT:

Hey guys, Just wanted to say that Me, MarleyRose and KuddzZ are competing in Friday Night Fight club, Wish us luck! :D

Im not sure if anyone else is taking part if so then, Good luck ;)

    Me too. xD
  6. The real use of it comes if flagging (or highlighting) someone could be done without adding the person as a friend, or in other words, without him accepting. Why? because nothing changes to that person, it just makes it more visible to you.
Party still needs to be accepted for the other person. This is only about making noticeable among the others for you, in global, normal, channel or any type of chat.

The party workaround does not do the work. Yes, that person is now with you in yet another chat group, but what he/she says still isn't more visible in other chats, such as channel.

  7. I like this idea, and it's not the same as custom/party/guild channels at all. The real use of it comes if flagging (or highlighting) someone could be done without adding the person as a friend, or in other words, without him accepting. Why? because nothing changes to that person, it just makes it more visible to you.

Let's say I think 3 o 4 people are worth reading in Channel X, but Im not their friend just becuase. I'd like to highlight these people and make them more noticeable above the bunch of trolls, noobs or whatever.

EDIT: I wrote at the same time as eggplant, and also the same concept. =P

  8. I'd totally like to be part of this team/guild/whatever.

Cyan is my favourite color, and although the sprite isn't really Cyan-Cyan (it's Teal, or something similar, but that's just a variation of Cyan, so it's cool anyway) I didn't have a doubt and I chose my characer with those awesome clothes.

So, I'm sort of a Noob on this game, what should I do to be part of the (official) Cyan Masterace?

You don't need to do anything, you born that way.
  9. In fact there's more effort when creating a new character than when restaring the storyline to the main. Why?, because in the second case you keep your Pokemons. So, if now we are not allowed to trade Masterballs, clearly we shoudn't be able to get multiple Masterballs by any other means.

One single time in your life, you will be able to catch a Pokemon without fail. Otherwise, where's the magic? (?)

  10. About the newspaper, why not do like in school? We can make it a Google document and multiple members can write on it? ;)

The reason for wanting is that I'm available to help write something but I don't really got the time to write the whole thing (also my spelling is shit).

That's how you do things in school this days?. Oh, the technology...

Now, if it's named Tour it should have a good amount of people in it. Im thinking in 32.

But we would have to wait until this one finnishes to have more available people.

  11. The masterball is anyways useless currently since there are no legendaries to use them on.

I dont think it would make a huge difference if it was possible to get another masterball and anyways if i would make a new account for getting one of the starters or another fossil/trade pokemon i would definitely transfer the masterball along with the pokes.

Honestly, if its possible to get multiple TMs this way it would make a big difference in the current meta and whereas, having another masterball would hardly matter.

    just my two cents.

If it's useless then it doesn't matter either if you have only one. Why would you want any more of that useless item?
