Yes like the others said. You can only meet mewtwo in cerulean cave, any channel and any place in the cave. You have a determinate time to catch it (he can fled the battle after 5 minutes). You you caught, you can't reject duels and player won the duel won Mewtwo (it will replace the last pokemon of your team). If you disconnect with mewtwo in your team, it will return in wild except if you are dueling with someone else.

I tot to allow all pokemons, but you probably right and better ban those pokemons :). Thanks hassan

StarShine create nothing, this tourn is decided since december, nothing changed, just use same pokemons was UU before the update.

Shinies are rare pokemons. They have differents colors tgan the others. You have 1 chance on 8000+ to meet one in wild. That's why they are desired

I'd like to Specify because lot of people asked me, UU's dissapeared with the last Update, But this tournament is decided since 1 month, so you only can use UU's Pokemons was UU's before the Update. All New Hoenn's Pokemons and the Pokemons in the description are banned for this event. Thanks :)
