Greetings, Just a small question, since I don't always use forums i'm not always up to date with updates, tier changes, etc. My question is, before moving a pokemon to a different tier, do we get to know that on forum before it is done, or not ? Because i've never seen any notice about moving a pokemon to a different tier untill now. Thanks.
