Unfortunately their terms of service covers their ass on this, there will never be money given back that's been donated as I'm sure you're well aware. Not to beat the dead horse, but they knew exactly what they were doing and them making light of it with an "im sorry, we were wrong, we didn't know how to handle it, BS, BS, BS", doesn't change the fact that they capitalized on an opportunity to deceive their player base and are continuing to do so by not updating the FAQ until the next update that has no ETA (I.E. this could potentially continue to happen to uninformed players for months and they are going to do nothing about it.) The only thing you can do is not spend your money on the game anymore and encourage others to further more inspect the product before purchase to ensure that what they're paying for is exactly what they're getting because its been made blatantly clear they have zero problem with doing whatever it takes to sucker money out of people with little to no real remorse about it. My husband plays and he has spent more money than I care to even know about on this game and its sad to see all that be even more of a waste than I already thought it was.

Timid Gengar 252SpA/252Spe w/ peteya Sludgebomb/Tbolt/Shadowball/WoW Jolly Gyarados 252Atk/252Spe w/ lefties Sub/DD/Waterfall/EQ Jolly Tauros 252Atk/252Spe w/ Choiceband (I haven't looked, but If it gets endure I wouldnt mind running endure/salac either.) Return/EQ/Pursuit/DEdge The glaring problem I see is the lack of a claric and Pory/Tauros being Trap Bait for Dug. I thought about Umbreon as a Cleric, but again dug bait. I could also switch out Vap for Starmie and run it as my claric but Im losing a bit of coverage because I dont have an HP electric. Thoughts? Tips?
