In the end, you always end up not being able to experiment due to having tried most of the things though. It is gen3 only, and there's not much you can do. However, I don't see this as the case currently, seeing as I can probably think of 20 different sets but can't be arsed to do them because of how fucking lazy of a person I am. The thing is, I just see people prefer to play the same old things and not innovate, mostly because it's 1) the safest way to play it currently, let's be honest, stall is everywhere, and the players are to blame for it partly too and yeah 2) because economy currently doesn't let us experiment, so we end up building all the current most usable sets without having place for our own shit. The only people that do end up experimenting, are those that already pretty much have what they want and are bored of building the same pokes over and over again, and this game has pretty much gotten boring as fuck to old players.

Choice band locks you into using only one move until you switch, therefore having substitute would be kinda pointless, seeing as using substitute all the time has no point whatsoever. Remove substitute and add superpower or earthquake. You can remove baton pass on jolteon and add toxic, or if you want, you can tell us the IVs of your jolteon, and we can see if it can be an even better jolteon with a beneficial hidden power. Having both body slam and facade on umbreon is kinda pointless, so you can remove body slam and baton pass on it, and possibly add heal bell and protect. Those are a few tips that can make your team somewhat viable for a first time :)

Implying this game has 32 comp-ready and active teams for it to even be more than 16.

1) Hahah, yeah, they are rather big, but you can like, edit them to be normal-size, that's a curse my character has to carry. 2) Backpack, but you can leave that part out I believe, since I don't think it'd be noticable?

Tbh, it'd take too much work for this to be implemented so only players can ruin it. If you can't see the flaw in this, try thinking how the new gym leaders will be established each and every time someone takes over. It'd take too much time on players just organizing their gym or whatever, and we all know most people wouldn't do that? And even if they did, by some miracle, I can see them a week later dissapointed once their gym has been taken over by someone else and are like "But I put too much work into this shit". Sorry, as cool as it would be, I don't really see how this would be implemented.
