    2. Making a pokemon extremely rare isn't going to do squat. Take Excadrill for example. A pretty good pokemon for PvP. They changed it so it can only be caught in phenomenas which is extremely rare. Do you know how much it's selling for? 5k. Sorry, but making a pokemon hard to find isn't going to magically drive prices up.

     

    Also these suggestion isn't what I would call 'balanced and friendly'. New players will have a harder time breeding the pokemon they want for PvP while older players already have the teams they need. Also older players have a lot of uneeded pokemons just sitting in their PC. If prices for certain pokemon did go up from 3k to 200k then all it will do is make older players have more money. The rich gets richer.

    I'd totally understand your points of view I would love to discuss futher why I think some changes can be great but is not my call, it is upon all players to reunite and discuss, vote to change the game into the community enjoyment

    This is a discussion. This is not only a suggestion which is why i can't post this on the suggestion link of the forum. So this is obviously a disscusion which i want to be able to discuss with people without someone having to lock the thread, so please leave the speak open.

    This is a single discussion of whats next for pokemmo as a whole. My name is Reivan and i wish to improve the game in such ways that it takes low effort and time to done it. I am reposting my ideas since my last post couldn't be discussed, i spent energy and effort into this and i want this to be discuss and seen by many players, devs and game critics as it can, please leave this open if you support and promote the initial idea of improving the quality gameplay and an end-game of pokemmo.

    There are ways to remove the repetitive parts of the game and improve the competitive part of it while also encouraging players to play more, fight more, catch more, train more, stake (duels) more, buy and sell more (rare-ubers-legends), farm more (items), belong to specific area teams (PVPers, Crafters, Trainers ect) I want to discuss why this is an easy way to set up and endgame for pokemmo bringing PVE and PVP balance to the game.

    General changes (Numbers must be adapted to the current game)

    ⦁ Added Mystery Dungeon
    ⦁ Added Pokedex new functions
    ⦁ Now players can see other players trainers card (Join date, ability to fame/unfame, pokemon party, pvp win ratio, class, team,)
    ⦁ Added PK map rotation throught day/night cycle and it respective rule and funtion (look bellow for more info)
    ⦁ Added Legendary Pokemon summon NPC (look bellow for more info)
    ⦁ Added Shiny Pokemon crafter NPC (look bellow for more info)
    ⦁ Added new events (Palkia/Dialga attacks) (Deoxys space meteorite)
    ⦁ New Pokemon kill counter indicator by specie in the Pokedex.
    ⦁ New drops and new items 
    ⦁ New Trainer classes to choose from
    Added new Pokemon type specialize for each individual trainer (Fire, Water, Ground, Dragon, Bug ect)
    Improve the chances finding and capturing a specific type of Pokemon (Increased 0.10% or idk more, chance to find and capture prefered Pokemon of a type) (Excluding legendary Pokemon)
    Improve the quality raising a specific type of Pokemon (Increased 1% chance to recieve 2x EV, EXP from battles)
    ⦁ Balanced PVE and PVP gameplay
    ⦁ New funtion to set a bet of $, Pokemon and items before starting a PVP duel.
    ⦁ Pokemon spawns have been revamped according to its rarity (This is not GBA this MMO I know why I am saying this I played MMO games since 10 I am 27)
    ⦁ TMs from storyline have been removed and are now crafteable throught farming resources from playing the game.
    ⦁ Uber, semi-uber, rare and semi-rare pokemon cant no longer breed anymore.
    ⦁ Uber, semi-uber, rare and semi-rare pokemon and its respective evolutions now give 5x-10x experience  and other amazing rewards upon kill.
    ⦁ Uber, semi-uber, rare and semi-rare pokemon catch ratio have been revamped.


    PVE NEW CONTENT

    PVP UPDATE

    Added new function to set a bet of $, Pokemon and items before starting a PVP duel (City only).
    Added new PK maps (Now some ramdom areas and routes are PK maps)
    New PK map rotation function
    Pk status for all areas outside cities of the game now rotate through the night/day cycle.
    Players are forced to accept any duel (tournament mode).
    Players win/lose money upon ending any duel.
    Must have atleast 5.000$ in pocket to enter night maps.
    Some PK maps have different risk/reward prequisites.

    New Mystery Dungeon - open for 3 hours, 3 times per day -
    Spoiler Show 

    This new dungeon will encourage player-base to join the event 3 times a day, to test their luck finding the rarest pokemon, battling against each other, becoming the #1 dominant player of the dungeon. Become the dominate Team of Mystery Dungeon and claim the better rewards in game with a pinch of luck and teamwork or own strategy.[/spoiler]
    Player can only duel other player in a 4 square ratio inside Mystery Dungeon
    Added new Mystery Dungeon entrance map
    Added new Mystery dungeon floors 1-13

    Legendaries

    ⦁ The bird trio Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno now spawn at the seven islands 0.02% chance to encounter.
    ⦁ The rock trio Registeel, Regice and Regirock now spawn throught all the hoenn map 0.02% chance to encounter.
    ⦁ Regigigas now spawn throught all the hoenn map 0.01% chance to encounter.
    ⦁ The dog trio Suicune, Raikou and Entei now spawn on every region of the game 0.02% chance to encounter.
    ⦁ Kyogre and Lugia now spawn on any sea map (surf needed) of the game 0.01% chance to encounter.
    ⦁ Ho-oh and Groundon now spawn on every grass patch of every region of the game 0.01% chance to encounter.
    ⦁ Darkrai and Giratina now spawns at any route surrounding lavender town and inside the Pokemon tower 0.01% chance to encounter.
    ⦁ Heatran, Cresselia, Latios and Latias now spawn on every grass patch of every region of the game 0.2% chance to encounter. 
    ⦁ Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Shaymin, Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf now spawn on every grass patch of every region of the game 0.4% chance to encounter.
    ⦁ Deoxys now crash every once a week in a meteorite with 1 millon PS at Vermilion city.
    ⦁ Palkia and Dialga now attack a ramdom city of the whole game once a week with 1 millon PS each one.

    ⦁ All legendary Pokemon now drop a respective part of it specie upon KO (50% chance).

    ⦁ If people don't kill a legendary Pokemon and flee the encounter ratio of that Legendary Pokemon increases 0.50% and will be able to follow it throught the map in the Pokedex hints that will increase the % of encounter 0.01% each time you follow the path. (This enchance slowly Legendary hunting)
    ⦁ Upon KO or catch a legendary Pokemon the hint score % is deleted.
    ⦁ All legendary and its respective parts are tradeable



    Features
    ⦁ Added Shiny Pokemon crafter NPC
    Shiny Pokemon crafter is a NPC which funtion is to exchange a number of battle instances with a Pokemon for a part, and parts of a Pokemon for its shiny form.
    Cost 999 battles with [Insert Pokemon name] to buy 1 part.
    Cost 10 parts of a Pokemon.
    Parts are tradeable with other players.
    New Pokemon kill counter indicator by specie in the Pokedex.
    Shiny Pokemon crafter NPC has been located at Vermicilion city.

    Spawns
    ⦁ All pokemon considered UBER or RARE will belong to it corresponding adventure tier.
    Dratini, Larvitar, Beldum, Bagon, Aaron, Trapinch, Feebas, Ralts, Snowrunt, Scyther, Eevee, Grwolithe and Vulpix spawn rate has been tweaked.
    Spawn rate has been changed to 0.1-0.5% depending on the pokemon.
    Spawn locations remain the same.
    Those pokemon and it evolutions can no longer be breed.

    ⦁ All pokemon considered semi-UBER and semi-RARE will belong to it corresponding adventure tier. 
    Abra, Skarmory, Ponyta, Snorlax, Slakoth, Feebas, Meditate, Elekid, Houndoom, Heracross, Rhydon, Lapras, Tediursa, Numel, Magby, Swablu, Electabuzz, Remoraid, Nidoran, Nidorina, Chinchou, Sharpedou, Pichu/Pikachu, Sneasel, Weilmer, Corsola, Chimecho, Relicanth, Sudowodoo, Whishcash, Nosepass, Chansey and Aerodactyl spawn rate has been tweaked.
    Spawn rate has been changed to 0.75-2% depending on the pokemon.
    Spawn locations remain the same.
    Those pokemon and it evolutions can no longer be breed.

    ⦁ All starters spawn rate has been tweaked.
    Spawn rate has been changed to 0.5-0.10% depending on the generation.
    Spawn locations remain the same
    Those pokemon and it evolutions can no longe be breed.

    ⦁ Features
    All the respective evoltuion of the Pokemon that can not be breed can not be catched with the use of any kind pokeballs anymore, but will give 5x-10x experience upon KO.

    STORYLINE CHANGES

    All TMs from the story-line can no longer be farmed, expecting one your recieve from a Gym leader.

    ⦁ PVE Features

    New trainer classes to choose from

    POKEMON HUNTER: Then more pokemons species caught and recognized by the Pokedex then increased chance to find and catch rare pokemons. 
    Formula > [Owned Pokemon number number recognized by Pokedex xmultriplier 0.0099% chance to find and catch Rare pokemon] [Owned Pokemon number xmultriplier 0.00099% chance to find and catch Shiny pokemon]

    POKEMON CRAFTER: All pokemon in general now drop it respective crafteable material 0.1-1% chance depending on the material. POKEMON CRAFTERS have the option to increase the chance to find those resources/materials, then more pokemon species caught and recognized bye the Pokedex then increased chance to find and collect rare materials. 
    Formula > [Owned Pokemon number recognized by Pokedex xmultriplier 0.0099% chance to find and collect Rarer materials]

    POKEMON SPECIALIZED TRAINER: Then more Pokemon species caught and recognized by the Pokedex then increased chance to get multiplied EVs when training a Pokemon starting with 1% and increasing 0.05% for each Pokemon caught. 
    2x rate time for some sprays at Mystery Dungeon.


    Item tweaks (Items are only crafteable by Pokemon crafters)

    TMs are now crafteable

    TM11: Sunny Day: can no longer be found at Scorched Lab.
    Now crafteable with 3x Bamboo stick dropped by Farfecht'd 0.50% chance

    TM09 Bullet Seed: can no longer be found at Route 104
    Now crafteable with 4x Forest seed dropped by Exeggcute, Exeggutor, Treecko, Grovyle and Sceptile 1% chance
    And so on with all TMs...

    Vanity items are now crafteable

    Colorant dyes:
    Are now dropped by Smeargle 0.50% chance
    Angel Wings:
    Now crafteable with 4x Soft Cotton 0.50% chance dropped by Swablu (1% chance to spawn) 
    Now crafteable with 30x Hard Cotton 0.50% chance dropped by Altaria (Common spawn)

    And so on with all Vanity items...


    Bump, everyone can attack Deoxys at the same time (1 millon ps) and the player who last hit Deoxys win the Legendary part.

    they are already made harder to breed, i don't see how daily breed limit would make the system more balanced or friendly, to me this seems like a way to make players suffer more, waiting for weeks to make a 5x31 mon for example for the same amount of money and effort, but spent across a week instead of a single day

  3. When I say rare i mean below 0.10% chance to encounter special, pseudo-legendary and strange mons

     

    And about breeding, just think it by yourself, since breeding is limitless It means that all Competitive breed Pokemon will decrease its value in time as there are more and more of these breed and put into the GTL. Everything goles crazy if you realize bots are the ones breeding  ?

     

    The owner of the bot farm screws on game economy, inflates the number of mons, decrease their value so they sell quickier, and then with all that shit happening and the pile of $ made he steals all The Shinies mons un the Game = Balance this, thanks.

    The final evo forms with the pseudo legendary status are already rare to very rare/ special  and some of them are so rare they

    aren't even found in the wild. You could argue some of their pre evos are uncommon which ultimately makes it easier to obtain the rare evo forms and I would agree with you .They could remove the hordes for the pre evo forms or atleast change some of them to rare.

     

    And finally your last point I like the idea of implementing group event prizes. Since we already have pvp based group events maybe they could implement team events that aren't pvp based. To what those would be I will leave to your imagination. As for gambling /betting im all in xd though I don't see how they will ever agree to implementing gambling  to a "kids" game.

     

     

  4. 1) Breeding pokes nowdays feels like a botfarm. There should be a limit of Pokemon you can Breed a day and certain other limitations to make it REALLY REALLY hard to obtain a 5x31+ Pokemon.
    This would value competitive Pokemons as they should and I am saying all of them, not only 5x31+

     

    2) Make all Pseudo-legendary Pokémon and others in special extremely rare to encounter: Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Garchomp, all Starter pokemon, Aaron, Eeveelutions, you get me, special Pokemons.
    This will bring value and rarity to the already know set of all Pokemon the game has to offer, aside for only Shiny hunters, we will have, rare Pokemon hunters.

     

    3) Last but not least: Let us stake money, items or Pokemons in PVP all across the maps, or by default let us Join factions, Team Magma, Rocket, The Police ect... Rewarding us for defeating other Factioned players

    This will brin joy to the maximun point giving ramdom but certere objetive to the game, this could be balanced with a Flag, calling all players among team to group up in certain Route or Map because something big is going on there and all the teams will fight for the prize, maybe a very rare Pokemon and this way POKEMMO could be adding next generation Pokemons little by litte ?

     

     

    This is my opinion since all I do in the game is PVP all the way long and I wish I had something else that is not just farming ehhhhh... And is really toxic nowdays forme to see the spam chat of Pokemons in the Trade section. We need a way to balance GTL, trade section and other things like battling for objetives. Maybe live Championship with stadiums where we all players can watch other trainers fight for the thropy, or simple arenas where people can fight (gambling something $ a pokemon or whatever... stake is not toxic at all, is otherwise.

    This is how I would make the game better without touching my ideas about Legendary Pokemon.

It's just that you aren't personally doing these methods and are attempting to speak on behalf of the rest of the server. Now that we know money is being added to the economy, it invalidates your point. You can make money from the GTL.

  7. don't look at it as "one pokemon vs one pokemon" when its actually a team vs a team

    while its true that only one gets active at a time, in the case of singles, you can always switch to another member of the team, switching to a better suited team mate is the basis of competitive play

    can look at it as a decision tree i guess:

     

    do i switch?

    y: switch to what?

    n: which move i use?

     

    the other questions, well, if you have read as much as you claim you should know by know, if that didn't help then the hands-on-practice approach may give you better results: off to matchmaking you go!

    You still didn't quote his point, which is that not even experienced players can tell us anything about: Why walls? or Why not?

  10. You do realize the last updates added a ton of cash to the game right?

    • Berries no longer remove cash from the game.
    • Sell prices for lots of items were boosted.
    • Brace prices were reduced.
    • Vitamins are no longer a cash sink.
    And probably more than I can't think of off the top of my head.

     

    You didn't get the point.

    Let me be more specific.
    Players (Mind, body and soul) (Living things) (Natural intelligence) only way to cash up is doing repetitive stuff like:

    • Alt running.
    • ​Island run.

    ​When you try to sell a vitamin, certainly you will find a buyer (Might take you 12 hours or so on GTL or in TRADE-chat)
    Price of items have been boosted and this increase $/hour of alt running which should be avoided.

    The economy is not stable, no source of cash
    The only source of cash is GTL (other players) which also don't have money in pocket.

    I believe there is so much mercancy out there the problem is that we don't have a method for cashing instead of doing island and alt running (both are so repetitive and boring).

    We need more injected cash in the game or the economy will surely die.

     

    Pokemmo economy:

    • Easy to buy anything you want, so much offer to choose from,
    • Hard to sell, so much expectative and no cash in pocket.
