If you want my bias on the game, I love the new trading system and a lot of the bells and whistles that came along in 2 years. Yeah, breeding may be a sacrafical thing, but you can see the EXACT IVs of pokemon and you can make them hold braces (to transfer single IVs from one breeder) and everstones (everstones now give 100% nature of holder). I would recommend you reading the changelog.

How would Raquaza appear there if HM moves are disabled while having the legend? You would be trapped in Sky Pillar.

I don't mean to ask, but hasn't Raquaza made an appearance at Hoenn's Victory Road cave?

To address your point, throughout all of my experience with communicating with staff members, I get the impression that devs like to keep things in its original context. For a secret base, it would make sense, but to implement this type of functionality in Kanto in my opinion, makes no sense. I get where your coming from, but to the devs' credit, they might not do it. Now if they do implement this type of functionality, I would be excited for it. I think we should leave bases for Hoenn for the sake of originality.

Actually, I hear about some millennials who still live with their parents. I don't see any point in having houses in Kanto (I feel like this might become a Sims game [no I haven't played Sims, I had friends show me their virtual houses and how they can customize it]). Lets keep Sims as Sims and PokeMMO as PokeMMO.

I want to make sure I present your viewpoint accurately. So thank you for that extra detail. I am glad you agree with me about the fee. Like I said, I want the PC base just as much as you do, but I don't want it to be broken, so that is why I included a fee.

Lets put it in this context, if there is "no price," then we could see a lot of Pokemon Centers on each route. This would also kill the functionality of a Pokemon Center because what happens if some of your friends park their bases in really useful spots? Its almost like Pokemon Centers from a distance (which could kill game play). That is why the person providing the service should pay a monthly fee so that way no one will make an OP base for free. I agree and disagree with each point being volunteered..... Some of Robofiend's arguments: - Free PC Bases (Disagreement) - We should have PC Bases (Agreement) Some of RacheLucario's arguments: - Prevent abuse of functionality (Agreement) - Its a good idea not to have a PC base (Disagreement) As for RacheLucario, she is extremely concerned about the gameplay being abused (she has a reason to be concerned). Going on a slander frenzy is not going to serve us justice. Instead, we should aim for a compromise that both parties are willing to agree to. If you have to shell out cash for a "Team Funded PokeCenter," I want to give teams that option, but at the same time though we need to make sure that Pokemon Center Bases have some sort of drawback to prevent abuse. As for RoboFiend, he wants a PC base (and I don't blame him either [some people want to have a competitive battle in their base]). He wants it and insists that newer players can't abuse this feature (he is right and he is wrong). He is right that most newer players don't know any experienced players, but he is wrong on the fact that some newer players want to know someone with experience and will go in great lengths to know someone. I do agree with Robo however that we should have a PC in the base, but I disagree with the means that he wants to implement such functionality. If you want a full PC, pay 150K or give the idea to your team leader and he/she can pay for their base to be the "Team Headquarters." With these amount of agreements and disagreements, we should have a compromise behind closed doors (if possible). I think both sides can agree with something. I try to provide my electrical base suggestion specifically for both the community and staff to comment about. Negotiating is extremely difficult, but can be done if we took the time to understand each viewpoint accordingly. I do want to see a PC base, but I don't want abuse either. This is a question I will let both sides negotiate about.

Like I said, PC functionality was specifically targeted to team use and not general use. I was targeting more of the general audience for the cable and music service. I lowered down the fee to make it more "manageable," but not to the point where EVERYBODY will have a PC Base, that would be too OP (if somebody has a lot of friends, they can take advantage of other people's PC).

Okay, I do see your point on this. I am going to nerf it to 100K for the computer and 50K for the recovery. The reason why I am doing the nerf is because this is upon request and also to make it more affordable for teams.

This would make what I call "Pay Day Bases" a bit too OP. I was targeting more of the team audience that want to make a "Team Base." I am sure they are willing to pay a monthly fee just for a cool team base. For the average citizen though, I made a possible television and music company. My main focus is team recruitment and dedication. Once the members are recruited, they will have to pay a chunk of the monthly fee and at the same time, you feel like you are a "part" of the team's success. So you can have a "Team Funded Base" or a "PokeDaily Headquarters" (where tournament people will have to pay 10k as an experience fee instead of 5k to suit base costs).

You are paying for the privilege to use your PC in your base not to mention that a PC can recover your pokes one by one.

Yes, I think your on to something. If you can't make the PC available, then we need a Leorodo's PC Laptop Company that would help you recover your pokes for a price. Use a PC Laptop for: Recovery = 50K per month PC to access Pokes = 100K per month All Functionality = 200K per month [spoiler]I am using a different person as an example so that way my hypothetical market can have some variety.[/spoiler]

It breaks my heart that both of my good friends are fighting each other.... I am trying to come to a compromise so that way both parities get what they want. Please read my electrical base suggestion, it addresses both of your points. It lets Robo have his PC base, but also addresses Rache's point of not being too OP by bills you have to pay monthly. If you want a full Poke Center, you have to pay 800K monthly. I think this addresses both of your points.
