Does gender matter when trying to pass on egg moves? I have a female eevee with wish and fake tears and have a ditto that I want to breed it with to progress. Will the moves get passed? For some reason I have it in my head that only males pass on egg moves. But I think that I think that because of how they get the egg moves in the first place and it messed up my thought process.

Ok. But what's a great move set for him?

I just got this Eevee with wish that's 6x31. But unfortunately it's nature is Brave (+Atk .. -Speed). It seems like Flareon is probably the best for this Eevee. But I don't know how good Flareon is competitively or what kind of move set to give to it. And I really kind of want to just make it an Umbreon. What are your guys thoughts on this? How would you evolve/build it? Oh and I would also like to put this to use in Trainer Tower and Umbreon just seems like the far better choice for that. But that's not a huge deal to me.
