Does it really count as in oversight in this case? We don't exactly have sprites made for mega moes. Also, how do you have moemon from beyond gen 3? I've only seen a klinklang moe sprite.

Starters and other gifts have a neutral nature and 15 IVs. new accounts will not get you a better starter. most pokemon are in original locations, guides are here on the forums yes, vermilion or slateport depending on where you are at johto pokemon appear in kanto, bar starters, which are in hoenn. you can catch them just like any other wild mon

I've seen bird trio, three regis, entei and suicune, latios and latias. Articuno and Registeel and found in kanto and hoenn e4, respectively.

Mewtwo and Rayquaza are both wild, while non implemented legends can be seen in battle frontier, some are in elite 4 too. Probably isn't implemented.
