I've said this before and I will say it again. This option gives some players a marked advantage over others who want the animations on or don't know the option exists. It is not a fair option to give even if it is made as a toggle option. Having the server detect certain battles modes to even the playing field would not help either as that would need extra overhead to separate the two. There are reasons why this was rejected this is one of those in which the circumstances have not changed.

This would be nice for some tournaments but it will not entirely eliminate staff intervention. To some degree there will always be some form of human intervention in order to ensure accurate results. This is probably a long way off simply because of the number of PvP issues that need resolved.

That would ruin it to be honest. That event is a very popular gimmick but running it monthly would likely kill any hype around it. Just my opinion on that.

The reason is that Ditto breeding with anything has a lower rate of egg production than breeding within the compatible egg group.

The reason is balance. While lance having it in the storyline makes little sense, I know it drives me a bit crazy too, allowing players to remove levels is just unfair as they would still have access to moves that they wouldn't normally have at that level. Also this is pretty pointless when you factor in tourornament mode battles scalign pokemon down to level 50.

Pretty sure it's been stated numerous times that the starters will be saved for the respective regions they belong to. The reason being is that it still gives you something to look forward to with that region. Other than that this does sound like it'd be an awesome addition, but I don't think the base for this battle exists in fire red version. It was only accessible through a glitch in gen 1.

Maybe, just have to have an idea in mind, have time, and be near internet.

You can reuse your Windows license on a new system. I have done this before. As far as RAM, I was thinking of USB standards and not of RAM at the time. No you can't use DDR2 on a DDR3 board due to differing pin locations.

Actually most motherboards are backwards compatible with older ram they just clock the bus speed down to match what the ram is capable of doing. As far as hard drives those are also backwards compatible. You really only run into issues issues if you try to put DDr 3 ram into a ddr 2 motherboard or if your cup gets fried.
