I see the quote in your sig still holds up.

    Tier council decides, not staff

    Unhealthy for the tier

Checking usage statistics and watching replays of officials

Uber (too powerful for OU), OU (Over Used, most used pokemon), UU (Under Used, less used pokemon), NU (Never Used, least used pokemon). Legendaries cannot be kept right now, but are banned still because of their power. Anything in Uber is banned from OU, UU and NU.

    Ok one more I forgot.

Was IVs in single player pokemon too or did the game devs make those?

Did IVs affect the single player mode like they seem to do in PokeMMO?

  2. When I was little I played Pokemon Leafgreen and Pokemon Pearl. Played and beat both games and never really thought of the ideas on PokeMMO has...

What I mean is I see on the forums the Competitive forum for battle others. I see these "tiers" I've never heard about in single player pokemon... Uber? UU? UO? Whatever those acronyms before. What it means when the Moderator says, "legendaries are banned from Uber."? Is the legendary only banned from Uber or from UU.. UO.. IO whatever else too.

Why are pokemon moves banned from whatever acronym too. Why is that?

How do Moderators pick what pokemon/pokemon moves is banned/used in competitive play?

Was the idea of "item farming" a thing people did in single player games?

**For Competitive play people** How do you know what pokemon to train for competitive play and knowing what moves you need for it?

I never really heard/understood "shiny" pokemon before PokeMMO... I know what those are lol...  Never knew single player games had those...

    Thanks.

  3. I'm back lol I saw a new region with new pokemon now, soon.

A quick question is will we be updating the game or we'll need a new pokemon rom to play with the new region and pokemon?

    Thanks.

  4. Amulet Coin gives you more cash only when fighting against NPC trainers. So it doesn't give you extra cash when Paydaying. There is no notice to show you its working. I think as long as the Pokemon that you use to beat the trainer has Amulet coin, you will get extra cash. If not that, it could also be that if your party leader has an Amulet Coin you will receive the extra money.

So it's bad to use pay day with Persian having the amulet coin on him?

Excellent guide too! I'll defiantly use the Island run.

  5. The alt exploit is easy to fix, just have to first like 10 days(in a row) be "Dead" rewards. Like 1000 coins on 1st day, the like 5,000 on 5th day and on the 15th or so making to worth it, like 20,000 coins.

Maybe the 30(in a row) could be the "ultimate" reward! A whole month straight of logging on.  This could stop the alt "farming" the rewards.

  6. Or you could just, y'know, use the Exp. Share while farming the Islands or take your level 100 Pokemon and run through the Elite 4 a few times. Both are free and you even gain money from the islands.

Or you could just, y'know, not have an open mind about ideas...

I think this is a good idea and could help people level up pokemon faster than EXP Shares. If you have 15 trainers back-to-back using a super effecting type it'll go faster in leveling up your pokemon.

  7. This came to my mind. Since training is like the biggest thing in the game and although VS seeker is fine, it's hard to level up certain types if you can't find their effectiveness. So a suggestion would be to have Dungeons in PokeMMO.

Dungeons would be area in the game were you go a train pokemon with selected trainers.(Dungeon#1: Flying-type trainers, Dungeon#2: Water-type trainers... ect... ect..) and it would be easier to level up certain pokemon.

It's won't just be train and train.. I suggest a cool-down timer, the cool-down timer correlates to how many trainers in that dungeon. EX: If Water Dungeon consist of 15 trainers the cool-down time would be like 1 hour. If the Water Dungeon consist of 5 trainers, cool-down time would be like 10-15 minutes.

Also, adding a "COST-TO-ENTER", so the dungeons aren't being abused 24/7. Like a 15 trainer dungeon would be like 60k? A 5 trainer dungeon would be like 25k?

Dungeons would be levels 50-60 like how it is with VS Seeker trainers.

    Thanks for reading!

  8. I'm lazy and just got my first 6 pokemon to 100 just yesterday(My sig) and I'm lazy to play since I took so much time to level my pokemon to 100. I was so done that my last pokemon I used rare candies from you get IG to level him up since I was so done with leveling..

I keep trying to look on GTL for Rare Candies.. But lol and I still from time to time do it because I'm lazy.

This suggestion probably never pass because people would just buy rare candies and after a month, the "rare candy stash" would be gone since everyone would try to buy and level their pokemon up. Then again I hope we can buy/sell rare candies.

  9. As far as I am aware, the times for day and night are at roughly the same time every day.

It is. I figure it out with math. Every minute IG equals to 15 seconds in real time. So, the IG time speed to 4x faster than real time.  4:1

If my math is correct, every 30 minutes is 2 hours real time.

  10. Does it change ever day? It's currently around 12:35 IG but I remember at 8:00PM EST ish it was close to night time(22:00) but now it's 7 hours away? Does the time increase/descease everyday?

Like if it was 22:00(Night) at 8PM EST, tomorrow it will change to 15:00(Day) at 8PM EST(Just a random time).

    Thanks.

  11. Only 2, so gotta be wise with them. I just want to know what did you do with your two. Did you catch your first 2 shinies(If any) with the masterballs or haven't used them or you catch a lvl1 Weddle with them? What's the plan with them?

  12. As i mentioned earlier, Kanto should take 7 hours max, Hoenn 10. If you are still complaining about being poor but not willing to invest the time then you have no place of complaining.

But that's still not a effective as paydaying, VS seeker.

  13. play through the story on alternate characters saving up items and money then transferring all the stuff to your main character

That seems way to much time to do... It took me 30 hours to do both Kanto and Hoenn.

  14. island runs, alt runs, sell ditto/shinies

What do you mean by alt runs... Island runs is the Island 1,2,3,4,5 and battling trainers I assume.

  15. Wait wait wait, "What's your favorite starter from ALL the pokemon games." Is not a statement it is a question which needs a question mark at the end. As "what" is one of the words that is used for a question. Also "Does anyone know how to put sprites?" is a question too :P
