1. STANDARD HATCH TIMES WITHOUT ENCHANCEMENTS

Tier 1: 44 pts = 5 mins, 30 secs

Tier 2: 64 points = 8 minutes

Tier 3: 84 pts = 10 minutes, 30 seconds

Tier 4: 104 pts = 13 minutes

Tier 5: 124 pts = 15.5 minutes

Tier 6: 144 pts = 18 minutes

Tier 7: 164 pts = 20 minutes, 30 seconds

I took the time to calculate the hatching time for all the eggs WITH MAGMA ARMOR/FLAME BODY for you. Would somebody like to double check my math and prove this to me to confirm these are correct?

25% OFF WITHOUT DONATOR STATUS

Tier 1 = 4:07  Minutes
Tier 2 = 6:00  Minutes
Tier 3 = 8:02  Minutes
Tier 4 = 9:45  Minutes
Tier 5 = 11:38 Minutes
Tier 6 = 13:50 Minutes
Tier 7 = 15:23 Minutes
2. Why would you want 31 attack on a -attack nature?

That or it's either SERIOUS nature or the speed lost but I need that few extra points of speed to outrun an couple of Pokemon by a few points, specifically Absol, Blastoise and especially Altaria. It's personally preference as it's not totally necessary but I rather not give Absol a chance to set up or Blastoise to troll me with Substitute nearly as hard to be on the safe side. Plus to outrun other Glalies for that rare moment arises.

Inherently, any -Speed nature would naturally make me less tanky as well because I'll be force to invest more points into speed to outrun those previous threats. In my opinion CALM would be the best option to not only maximize damage output but I'll still be able to 2hko Manetric, Tentacruel and Houndoom. Ice Beam is my STAG anyhow so that's the more important move to have damage on and it's necessary to increase that damage to fend off Donphan (which is a SPINNER) and Altaria immediately.

3. I'm in the middle of breeding a 6x31 Calm Glalie for competitive UU play. This is my first Pokemon breeding for competitive since a year ago after my long hiatus. So to begin...

In my mission to get my second 5x31 Snorunt to breed for a 6x31 Snorunt, I ran into the nature I was aiming for as my end game goal as a 4x31. Both my Snorunts are female and only the 5x31 Snorunt knows Spikes; the necessary move to breed with, with it's Egg Move. If I wanted to get that 6x31 Snorunt with Calm nature, what would my next step be from here? I skipped a lot of steps by doing this by pure luck and with my lack of sleep (been awake the past 30 hours) I can't think of my next logical course of action.

I believe it is to breed a fresh brand new MALE Snorunt and get it to 5x31 so it can breed with the 4x31 CALM Snorunt so it would become a 5x31 CALM Snorunt. Then to breed a 6x31 random nature Snorunt to breed with the 5x31 CALM Snorunt correct? Aye, sometimes I just need to talk it out to think logically. Thanks for the advice, I'm heading to bed and taking a break. I'll check this post in the morning to see if somebody can verify for me.

...Thanks everybody.

4. Straight forward question from the title. Google failed me so my quest here is to figure out how trainer's IV's/Ev's are determined. My main purpose of knowing is checking if my Level 100 Persian with 252 Sp. ATK EVs and 31 Sp. ATK IVs would be able to 1 shot the Steelix held my Island Trainers but mostly, Bruno of the Elite 4's 2 Steelix with Water Pulse or if I should bother with Hidden Power.

5. Glalie is a pretty decent lead imo, and probably the best since tenta can't actually spin vs you since you can EQ it. And also you 2hko doom/manec with EQ which is pretty neat. Should watch out for those strong physical attackers like hitmonlee and breloom, even tho you have protect to scout them if they banded anyways.

I haven't played PokeMMO in two years and just came back. I think I messed up with the nature/IV's and wasted some money. I assumed Glalie ran Ice Beam to take care of Donphan and/or Explosion to...explode. I messed up not knowing it could run EQ because I stared at the Snorunt move list thinking nothing would change on evolution...lmfao.

What sort of moveset would somebody recommend for lead? EQ, Protect, Spikes, Ice Beam/Explosion?

6.

Balancing.

• Recycle now regenerates items only during battle, once the battle ends the item is consumed.

I don't really see why it would be necessary though since it hasn't happen yet. This sort of thing is extremely niche and only useful for specific situations for farming. You also have to dedicated two moveslots for other useful moves on a Smeargle to use as well.

Scratch that, Fairy farming and Snorunt farming is good enough reasons I guess.

7. Yay bringing attention to a niché min-max method for farming, in the process also presenting infront of devs making it x4 super effective to the nerf bat!

but in all serious, interesting set idea. not sure how... necessary it is or anything but its certainly neat.

I left the idea in here. One perfect example of great use of this is farming Snorunts in Shoal Cave. Since Snorunt is used for competitive UU play, hes annoying to farm. He has a limited time frame on when you can catch one with a low spawn rate in a very out of the way location to get to. The Pokemon Center is far away and once you leave you have the possibility on waiting a few hours before you can re-enter. If you can infinitely farm without healing, you wouldn't have to worry about ever leaving the cave. Hints bring a very large supply of Pokeballs to use and lots of PC storage if you plan on doing this.

I also prefer Milk Drink over Ingrain as it's overall faster to use but once the function gets implemented, you can use Milk Drink to heal your ally Pokemon outside of battle. Hints infinitely healing for the party for people such as ayyyy....Quagsire's desire for rock hunting.

8. A New Breed of Smeargle Appears!

Found a new useful moveset for Smeargle that nobody seems to be talking about. This set will allow you to farm any location at any spot infinitely without ever having to heal at the Pokemon center, use any items or ever have to worry about PP ever again. This has been tested and it does work!
Mr.%20Giggles.png
To break it all down...

-False Swipe and Spore is self explanatory for a Pokemon poacher

-Milk Drink heals you as you farm infinitely for whatever you are farming. On the bonus side (when the function works) Milk Drink will also heal your Quagsire's farming desires or any other desires you may need since you can use it outside of battle on all team mates. Also it has 10 PP and is unaffected by weather so it outweighs other healing options; even Soft Boiled once Milk Drink outside of battle gets patched in.

-Recycle allows you to get infinite PP so you'll never ever need to run to the Pokemon center ever again when farming with Smeargle. Leppa Berry recovers 10 PP and will automatically use itself once one of Smeargle's moves runs out of PP. Recycle will regenerate that Leppa Berry so after the battle ends, it'll still be holding it and be ready to use for the next battle. Therefore you never spend money on Leppa Berries through growing and buying.

-Leppa Berry with Recycle will infinitely replenish itself after battle thus allows you infinite False Swipes and heals. Even Recycle can be "recycled" with it's PP with the Leppa Berry.

Example Use of this set!
Farming Snorunt for the breeding/IV hunt for competitive UU play becomes significantly cheaper and less painful if you are able to stay in the cave infinitely. Since you can only enter the cave at certain times of day, you have a very limited time on when you can hunt down Snorunts in the wild. Also in Shoal Cave, the Pokemon Center is quite out of the way as well as far to get there and back. With this set you wouldn't have to ever worry about it until you run out of Pokeballs. Worse case scenario, you can even run an alt/mule with this set to infinitely farm such locations like this with limited time frames.

Proof that it works on the forums!

9. I was discussing with somebody in-game about using a Smeargle equipped with a Leppa Berry with the set of...

-False Swipes
-Spore
-Recycle
-Soft-Boil OR Dragon Rage/Covert/Thief (depends on where or what you want to farm)

The idea is to infinitely farm at one spot without ever having to leave towards a Pokemon center because Recycle would recover's any PP that is needed and would give you infinitely heals due to using Recovery. Issue is would Recycle allow you to keep the Leppa Berry after use of it after battle? Would Leppa Berry proc in battle as well once my Pokemon's PP starts to get low?
