No puedes realizar sorteos , debes tener la ayuda de un Staff que verifique el premio y haga el sorteo, y debe haber una traducción al inglés del post.
You cant host any giveaway / lottery without the help of a Staff that verifies that you have the prize and the Staff will have to pick a random number, not you.
Also, you need to provide an english translation.
If the post is not edited in 10 hours I will lock it.

Sobre implementar nuevas regiones, no sé una fecha exacta, debido a que primero faltan arreglar bugs y añadir cosas que son más importantes que implementar nuevas regiones.
