I don't think so, since the heads also move in the trainer animations! I can however make something like this: (your trainer sprite along with your overworld shiny sprites) otherwise I would have to use a non-moving image of your entire character with moving shiny gifs. I'm not sure how that would look but if you want this I can make it for you
