You need to consider that devs need to have an up-to-date mac to develop app for iOS, there are a lot of things that don't allow people to make iOS app.

The problem is not only the jailbreak, that of course is a big issue that prevent devs to publish the game.

By doing this, they are subverting Apple's Terms of Service and that would probably cause more than a few issues. 

 

Emulators of any kind are not allowed on apple products. Plus it's against the Apple Developer Enterprise Program, meaning the IPA would show as unsecure and it would cause an influx of problems with people being scared/worried to download it. 

 

As I understand, also, pushing updates via iPA would require the user manually re-downloading the app every time it updated.

 

There are just a plethora of issues surrounding it, and I doubt it's within the developers best interests to do it.

Según tengo entendido, también, enviar actualizaciones a través de iPA requeriría que el usuario volviera a descargar manualmente la aplicación cada vez que se actualizara.

 

Hay una plétora de problemas que lo rodean, y dudo que esté dentro de los mejores intereses de los desarrolladores hacerlo.
