What Gen stats does PokeMMO use?

I'm fairly new to the EV/IV stuff, but it seems to be changing with each new generation I think. I know the abilities and certain things have also changed over the years. Which one does PokeMMO use, or base its system off of, or is it completely different? TIA

technically most stuff is updated to gen8, both stats, abilities, mechanics and learnset (besides abilities and moves that showed gen6 and above). There's a few exceptions to this

dugtrio stats is nerfed to gen5
Outrage BP is nerfed
Garchomp has sword dance complex banned, meaning it was removed from his learnset
Shadow tag was nerfed to last 3 turns only

probably some more I'm forgetting.
