Level Cap Glitched

I used to play this game back in 2014 and since then i haven't played again. 

This week i logged into the game and realized all my pokemon were capped to level 35.

 

I was in vermilion but since i have all 8 badges from kanto, and my obedience lv is 100 i shouldn't be capped. I tried changing regions and coming back again, didn't work.

Tried defeating gyms again but they had already been beaten and i got into double battles with two level 35 pokemon against two 50. 

 

 

I imagine this happened because my character is too old and they changed a lot of things since then.

Tried contacting support but it's been some days and no awnser, so i wanted to know if anyone has ever experienced this and if there's a fix.

Edit: Problem was solved by giving experience to the glitched pokemon

i think you can submit a support tivket or report as a bug on support.pokemmo.com

Gaining some exp should level them back to their real levels.

Wow i had only triend those gym battles and lost. This actually worked and it was very cool to see my pokemon watch from level 35 to 100 haha
