Add ubication command

Hi!

As the title says i think it will be easier for trading with players that speaks different languages to add a command in chat that put the ubication.

For example:

If i send a text with the command, in chat will show my ubication in the language that i use for the chat, so if i speak with a Spanish speaking player, in my chat will say "vermillion city ch.1" but in his chat will say "Ciudad Carmin ch.1", this way will be easier to find the ubication of players that don't speak the same languages.

Yes It happened several times to me I Usually go to Slateport, Vermilion,Palet or other easy to explain where it is, however if this command is added it would be easier to trade with people that speak other languages. And a similar command for the pokemons would also be useful for trade chat.
