Synchronize for breeding

Hello everyone! Can someone please tell me if the effect of the ability synchronize outside of battle, which allows to have more chances to find pokemon that have the same nature as the pokemon with this ability works while hatching eggs too, I was told that the ability could be use for that but I haven't got any luck while doing that.

Hello! The ability doesn't work while hatching eggs, Give the Pokemon with the desired nature an everstone during breeding to pass the nature into the offspring. Here's a guide that better explains breeding,
