Community-Managed formats

This suggestions is to bring to us some of non-official formats to us being avaliable on a "Official" way.

We have seen on past years that the interess of the community on gimmick formats is growing. Some proofs are the Tournaments gimmick done by KaynineXL(Example: [1v1] Show you mussei in a Pinch) being sucessfully hosted and the PokéMMO Challenge League done by QuinnW, also hosted sucessfully. We have PokéMMO VGC Season 0 hosted by DoctorPBC that hosted sucesfully too. The biggest example is LC Club that today have over 140+ members, and if you go host some LC tour you find players interessed on it.

What we're asking is not so hard for developers. Just put the formats on the system. No, doing regularly tours of him is not needed. Also, isn't include it on Community Combats rotation, or have a Matchmaking ladder of it, even if that would be great. Just leave it as a automated formats so we can do if we want tours on it on a far more easily way and even if we want, community-hosted tournaments.

1. Those formats are easily manageable because of lacks of movements. Apart from Untiered, there is no tiershifts on them, and UT changes only every 3 months.
2. We can easily solve the problem, not letting those formats on TC responsability. Instead, can create a club on the format of Little Cup Club and discuss those formats here, with community players. If Tier Council wants to voice their opinions, they could, but they're not forced to do it. All that Leader/Moderators need to do is just go to the currently Movement discussion thread and report if have any changes, and they will go live on the month alongside with normal movements. 

The banllist for some formats are already on a good % of progress on some unofficial formats. 1v1 have their Banlist almost closed. Untiered is impossible(due to metagaming shifting every 3 months.)but once got "official" can have a proper Banlist like other formats, VGC don't need Banlist, only a restrict list if wants, of top-used mons. LC's banlist are done by LC Club already. We have done progress on all unofficial formats while devs not implemented they. If the problem is Banlist, they're basically solved in great part, thanks to LC Club(For LC) and PCL(for remaining formats). Just go to Unofficial Formats disccussion thread and copypaste the banlist if needed..

Reviving this thread because of Poufilou's Weekly LC Tournaments. 
It would be far more easily if we could host them automatically. Even with Blitz series happening, the LC could be easily included on rotation of Blitz Series, and both could be hosted one week yes, one week not. I would see no problem on delaying the tours to one per 2 weeks, if this open windows to LC be hosted.
