what team would you recommend for farming bp

If the intention is to farm bp, I would say that you need good attacking pokemons. Try to choose a good combination of class OU (according to pokedex).

I think scizor is a good choice because of the various resistances it has (only weak to fire) and a good attack. You can choose a dragon pokemon to protect that weakness (Garchomp, Dragonite with HA or Salamence, for example) and another one of your choice.

As the objective is to battle as quickly as possible, it is normal that when legendary pokemons start to appear you lose the winning streak. But from experience, the more advanced rounds give you (at most) about twice the BPs. Possibly the time spent dealing with the strongest pokemons would not pay off.
