Can't create a new account

Im sorry if its wrong here but i couldnt find anything at the help desk so yh.

Everytime I try to create a account to play, its my first btw, it says as following: You cannot register from this IP Address. Please disable any VPN or proxy and try again.

The thing is im not even using any VPN or proxy. I live in germany, dont know if thats the issue idk..

Would be glad if someone could help me :)

Nah, i cant create a ticket because it asks for my account but i cant create one lol

Hello,

 

Sorry you're having this issue. Are you able to temporarily change your connection point to register the account? For example, by tethering your phone and using its mobile connection, or by using a different wifi network.

 

Hopefully this should only prevent you from registering the account and actually using the account doesn't present a problem.

Nah, I know a lot of people that play from Germany, with both 4/5G and WiFi and it works fine
