As stated in title. Is just expand the power of CMs in-game to at least let they be able to mute players. So, chats that don't have or have only one Moderator, like PT that have only Deusbruno(Shadow understands a bit Portuguese but he is Spanish.) and basically has no moderators avaliable in there after 21:00(Because it's midnight in portugal where deusbruno are from), could still have some type of control and imediatte punishment to rule breakers, instead of making a ticket and/or waiting a CM manage to call a moderator to handle the situation.
Also, i suggest to create a Helper rule. Basically he would help and assist new players like CM does actually, but unlike CMs he would not create events and will have permission to enter on events(iirc, a GM explained that CM/Mods can't enter on staff-run and catching events and GMs or higher can't join automated tours) A role only to know that the people helping are trustworthy. Helpers could be promoted to CMs later if staff wish.
