Looking for a 6th poke for my johto squad

Hey guys I've been preparing my squad for johto release and want to have a stacked squad. It isn't the most ideal for the story but I want them to be comp when I finish. 

 

So far I have a:

4x31 modest bulbasaur 

5x31 adamant kabuto

5x31 jolly zubat

5x31 bold tenacool

5x31 timid eevee

 

I was thinking about getting a 5x31 modest vulpix with doubt to help out my bulbasaur if and when I get an ability patch.

 

The thing is I know that the synergy isn't ideal because there are a couple rain pokes and sun pokes on my team. But for the story I think it will be fun.

 

I have enough other comp pokes to make a number of teams when I get them to 50 so that isn't the problem.

 

Anyone see any openings to coverage or a better option at first glance.

 

I'm also trying to stick mainly to gen 1 mons but would be willing to take in gen 2-3 as well.

 

Any feed back would be great!

 

Also should I try and get a 5x31 bulbasaur if I'm trying to go comp with him? He only has 23 hp iv. Not sure how detrimental that would be.

HA Vulpix has not been added yet. Maybe with the release of Johto.
