Can I bind 2 keys to 1 key on my keyboard for example z and lets say 4 or is that prohibited?

If you mean using one key to do multiple steps by 1 click, then it sounds like a macro and will lead to permanent closure of your account due to automated gameplay. 

 

If you however refer to having two keys on your keyboard leading to same action, like acting as 'A key' in game, then I don't think that's an issue.
