Can I only catch one Suicune per account?

Yes BUT no... you can only obtain one Suicune per Charakter on the Same Account

You can also fix its iv/Nature with Rainbow Quills and Nature Herbs,enjoy!

You can use items for IVs and Nature so there is no problem 😉

You have the potential to catch at least three Suicune per account, as each account has the capacity to store up to three characters. Additionally, the potential isn't limited to just three, as you can delete a character in the future and create new ones, opening up more opportunities to catch Suicune.
