Random events

If you've ever played runescape you know what I'm talking about.

 

You're shiny hunting, farming items or chilling, and you get randomly teleported to a little puzzle.

 

After you complete the puzzle, you get a reward box and get teleported back to where you were. 

 

Some ideas/examples:

- Sliding puzzle in an ice cave.

- Puzzle in the mysterious ruins.

- Bicycle parcour.

- Chasing and catching a pokémon in a maze.

 

It's a fun way to have a break from boring/repetitive tasks and it fights bots. Win-win!

I don't think this is fun. Imagine u have night time shiny hunt target and you waste your time because you are randomly teleported to solve a puzzle. Beside that, I believe I would be tilted if I just online for chilling and then I have to solve puzzle because i'm chilling.

 

Reward box that contains valuable items would be nice, but this is not fair for everyone since the puzzle' occurance is random.

Yeah, imagine having to use your brain for 2 minutes to get a nice reward.. horrible

Shiny hunts are also random that's not a valid argument.

Okay cool man, I'm just giving my point of view. Nice, I believe you're one of the person that always have VALID argument/idea. Please developer read this idea. Hope this would be implemented soon. 😊🙏

imagine you get teleported during a gym rerun and waste 5 minutes of a riches charm lol, it's a cool idea on the surface but there's better ways to implement random events into pokemmo

Okay that's a fair point, didn't think about that.

 

Maybe the charm can be paused during the random event?

Hahah, I don't always have a valid argument/idea. It's completely fine if you have a different opinion, no worries.

 

I'm going to defend my idea though 😉
