Beating Pumpking Strat

this is the strat of last year's halloween , beating the pumpkin is not a competition so it s always allowed to co-help the community
good luck all 
Halloween, few hourds ahead ❤️

 

HARD MODE
PHASE 1:
1- aerodactyl (full hp def admant) toxic (lum berry), krokodile eq (soft sand), hydreigon (timid)sunny day(lum berry)
2- 
if eq kill all : taunt, assurance, dark pulse
if eq didnt kill all: taunt, eq, atk x on krooko
3- taunt, eq, dark pulse (If appear the mini pump who steal boots, boost krooko on hydre turn. if appear the pump princess
and copy levitate, then dark pulse to princess)
4- heal, assurance, dark pulse

PHASE 2:
1- atkX, eq, sunny day 
2- Toxic, assurance, dark pulse
3- Heal (Or atkX if thief appear), eq, heal (or speedX ir thief appear)
4- taunt/heal, assurance/crunch, dark pulse/heal

PHASE 3:
1- tailwind, eq, atkX
2- Toxic, Assurance, dark pulse
3- Heal krooko, eq, atkX/dark pulse

*On phase 2 the pumpthief was faster than krooko, so if he appear need boost atkX AND speedX
*On phase 2 try to heal all over 80% before kill him
*Remember check pump princesse, if she take levitate kill her with dark pulse

The writing is quite detailed, but this game still relies too much on luck and the probability of defeating the Pumpkin King is not high

Becuz pumpking simply béats u

it does affect the boss, you just can't taunt it twice in a row like the update's changelog very clearly states

I tried a strategy that allows me to get through the first and second rounds but not the third.
The whole team with shadow ball and 2 pokemon with safeguard but on the third I lose miserably.

I know! But the Changelog says Everytime you used Taunt on Pumpking (Hard Mode), The Damage will Increase on Attacks thou... That's why for me, Taunt Move will not Affect the Boss (Even it Triggered it)
