1. Introduction

 

A Team Tournament, or TT, is a monthly competition between in-game teams, who fight for position in general standings to become team #1 each year. For a few years now, we have been following a points format in which players earn points for their teams in each TT.

February, March - Nr 1-2 standings + winners of Previous Month

April, May, June -  nr 1-4 standings + winners of Previous Month

July, August, September - nr 1-6 Standings + winners of Previous Month

October, November, December -  nr 1-8 Standings + winners of Previous Month

 

Each month +3 first teams from General standings 2023

 

 

Important: Those teams need to provide registration but will be put on top of registered teams - IF they make a reservation within one hour of registration, otherwise, they are registered without priority.

 

During last three months, 1-8 teams register with priority for whole registration. They still need to make it.

 

3. Registration Time and Entry

Registration MUST be made within 24 hours after it's open. After 24 hours the bracket is closed and no one can join.

Captain:

The captain is someone we will contact with important information during the tournament. If you put someone as a meme, it's on you if you do not hear information.

 

3. Further registration Rules:

Conditions of registered players:

a) You can edit players, but please NOTIFY HOST; no alts of players from other teams allowed if the players are also registered for their own team

b) The entry can't include one team,and then edited to have another one registered.

c) The team must have at least three players ready to fight.

 

No alt teams allowed. No academies, no Team X 2

4. The process of TT

Team Tournament will be held in the same way every month:

 

a) The thread will be open with the tournament date and registration

b) Registration will start on the Thursday before the tournament. Check the timezone converters.

c) Registration will end on the Friday before the tournament—the same time as the start of registration.

d) The final bracket and match information will be visible on Saturday.

e) At the start of the tournament, the host will confirm where each team plays a match and then matches will be called

 

 

5. Penalties

Penalties will work like the general warning giving to a team for unsportsman like behavior or trying to ruin the fun for other players. An example of this would be a match-fixing or standing on the spot of fighting players to make it harder to see who they are playing against.

It will include taking away points and/or dq in the tournament.

 

In situation when penalty has to be given, hosts will inform Team Captain or representative about it, explain why it is or will be given.

 

6. Time to start a duel + penalty

Once match is called, team has 10 minutes to show up. If THREE players will be lined up, we will consider the team ready and announce the start of a match.

- If a team will then suddenly shift players, its dq for said matches

- If 10 minutes will pass and team will not be present fully, it's DQ for missing players

 

 

 

7. Cup of the Year 2023 + General points system

Teams effort will be calculated using the points system:

 

Champion:	8
2nd Place	4
Semifinal:	2
3rd Round:	1

 

 

 

The hierarchy in the General Standings Table will be:

 

1. Points
2. Highest position in tournament during year (Champions > 2nd place > semifinal etc)
3. Won/Lost Matches (more the better)
4. Direct Matches between teams during 2023
5. Points scored / TT attended
6. Tie breaker match if needed.

 

 

 

 

Cup of the Year will be played between teams in 1-8 standings at the end of the year.

 

 

 

 

 

8. Prizes

 

 

Teams from 1 - 3 spots in 2023 will be rewarded with custom vanity.

 

For a player to get vanity, he needs to play at least one match for the team during the year.

Also, players must be registered for a team at least four times.

 

 

Each Team Tournament will be met with prizes:
 

 

4500 RP sent to the players from the Final Match

Points for the Team of the Year Competition

 

 

Starting now, posters will be screenshots of the winning team from last month. Teams can provide a poster independently; in this case, it can include more than three players.
