You can get better pokemons on the wild... My suggestion is to change Alpha to at least 3x31 IVs. Also, the other pokemons of the Alpha Swarms should be al least 1x31 IVs. Spinda is still working very well. PokeMMO give you several things to do. Alphas are optional like everything else. On one point I would agree.
