How do I get the Pilot Cap?

Would love the pilot cap vanity, looks super cool. How can I obtain it, google searches are inconclusive.

I assume you are referring to the Peaked Cap which looks like this:

 

 

It's colorable and you can find it at the a PokeMart in all regions:

Kanto: Celadon Dept. Store 4th Floor

Hoenn: Mossdeep City

Sinnoh: Canalave City

Unova: Nacrene City/Opelucid City

Johto: Olivine City
