Dye not working?

I just dyed my PokeMMO Cap and Trainer's Jacket. I had both items equipped and I dyed them from gray to red. When I dyed them, they stayed the same color. The game still took my reward points, so I'm not sure what to do. Has any one else experienced this?

Have you tried taking them off and putting them on again? Maybe it’s just a matter of your character sprite not reloading the vanity ^^

Yeah, I took the items off and put them back on and I also restarted the game.

You only changed the colors in the preview, the dyes are actual items which were placed in your bag when you bought them.

I didn't realize they went to your inventory. I checked and they were there. I feel real silly now.
