fredrichnietze Posted September 16, 2013 Share Posted September 16, 2013 Banned Moves (not including 1HKO):- Bide thankyou for not banning hyperbeam =D 2nd Place: 3 PP Maxes also since item clause everywhere, pp max is worthless, pp up is the only useful pp item since it permanently changes the pp and is unrenewable. 2-6 tier one tm's or 4-10 tier 2 tm's would also make good 2nd place prizes imo. Because the highest base stat any Pokemon has is 180, even if we don't have Dexoys (Speed Forme) in this game. So I just divided that in half. and also because: To discriminate against base 85 Qwilfish. In the future, I probably will lower it down if I see a recurrence of the same Pokemon on every team.
